1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and CK44 ("Company", "we", or "Platform"). This document governs access to and use of the ck44 platform, including the website, mobile app, games, and all related services.

By clicking the "Register", "I Agree" button or any action indicating acceptance, you acknowledge that you have read this document carefully and agree to comply with all stated rules. This acceptance also covers ck44's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of this overall agreement.

These Terms may be updated from time to time. It is your responsibility to review this document periodically. Continued use of the ck44 platform following any changes is deemed acceptance of the updated terms.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the ck44 platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Jurisdiction: You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the ck44 platform complies with the laws and regulations in your location.
• KYC Verification: CK44 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time. Failure to provide the requested documents may result in temporary account suspension.
• Password: You are solely responsible for the security of your account password. Use a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols for a stronger password.

3 Account Management

Once your account has been successfully registered, you are responsible for managing it responsibly. Below are the guidelines relating to ck44 account management:

• Login Credentials Confidentiality: Do not share your username or password with anyone. CK44 will never ask for your password via email, WhatsApp, or any other platform.
• Suspicious Activity: If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization, contact the ck44 support team immediately via Live Chat.
• Information Updates: Keep your account information current at all times, including an active phone number and email address for verification purposes.
• Inactive Account: Accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to maintenance fees or closure. We will provide advance notice before any action is taken.
• Account Transfer: A ck44 account may not be transferred, sold, or given to another person under any circumstances.

If you wish to voluntarily close your account, you may contact the ck44 customer support team. Any valid balance in your account will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with the standard procedures in place.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

CK44 provides a wide range of payment methods for the convenience of members in Malaysia. All financial transactions are processed through secure, encrypted channels.

• Deposit Methods: FPX for all major Malaysian banks, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and supported cryptocurrency options.
• Minimum Deposit Limit: The minimum deposit amount is as stated on the ck44 Deposit page and may vary depending on the selected payment method.
• Withdrawal: Withdrawal requests will be processed within 1 to 3 business days once all required verifications are complete. First-time withdrawals require full KYC verification.
• Source of Funds: You declare that all deposited funds are from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of any illegal activity.
• Currency: All transactions on the ck44 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated.
• Transaction Fees: CK44 does not charge additional fees for deposits. However, third-party payment providers may apply their own fees.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

CK44 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to reward our loyal members. All bonuses are subject to the following terms and conditions:

• Wagering Requirement (Rollover): Each bonus carries a wagering requirement that must be met before a withdrawal is permitted. These conditions are clearly stated on the relevant promotions page.
• Valid Period: Bonuses have a limited validity period. Bonuses that expire before the wagering requirements are met will be automatically forfeited.
• One Active Bonus at a Time: In general, only one active bonus is permitted at a time unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotional terms.
• Abuse Prohibition: Any attempt to abuse the bonus system, including the use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, is strictly prohibited.
• Right of Cancellation: CK44 reserves the right to void any bonuses and related winnings if there is evidence of fraud or system abuse.

6 Game Rules

All games offered on the ck44 platform operate using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been certified by independent international bodies. This ensures every game outcome is completely random and cannot be manipulated.

• Bot & Automation Software Prohibition: The use of any form of bot, automation script, artificial intelligence software, or third-party tools to influence game outcomes is strictly prohibited.
• Player Cooperation Players are not permitted to collaborate or share information in games that do not allow such cooperation, particularly in table games and Live Casino.
• Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, ck44 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the original wager to the player.
• Final Results: Game results that have been completed and accepted by the system are final. Disputes regarding game results must be submitted within 72 hours.
• Sports Betting: For the sports betting section, all confirmed bets are binding. Bets cannot be cancelled once an event has started, except under circumstances specified in the ck44 sports betting rules.

7 User Conduct

Ck44 is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and enjoyable gaming environment for all members. The following behavior is strictly prohibited on our platform:

• Offensive Language or Threats: The use of offensive language, threats, or harassment toward other players or ck44 staff through any communication channel on the platform.
• Fraud & Manipulation: Any attempt to cheat, manipulate, or exploit vulnerabilities in the ck44 system or games.
• Money Laundering: Using the ck44 platform for any money laundering or illegal activity financing is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
• Account Sharing: Allowing another person to use your account, or using an account belonging to someone else, is a violation of our terms of use.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the ck44 platform, including but not limited to designs, logos, text, graphics, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of ck44 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright laws.

• You are not permitted to copy, redistribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content on the ck44 platform without prior written consent.
• The ck44 logo and brand may not be used for marketing, promotional, or any other commercial purposes without official authorization.
• Any content you submit to ck44 through the platform, such as feedback or suggestions, is considered a grant of rights to ck44 to use it without any compensation.

9 Limitation of Liability

The ck44 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure continuous and error-free service, there are liability limitations you should be aware of:

• Service Disruption: CK44 is not liable for any losses arising from technical disruptions, system maintenance, or events beyond our control such as natural disasters or internet infrastructure failures.
• Game Results: CK44 is not responsible for game outcomes that are unfavorable to the player. All games involve financial risk and players must be prepared to accept the possibility of losses.
• Unauthorized Access: CK44 is not liable for unauthorized access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.
• Maximum Limit: Should CK44 be found liable, the maximum liability is limited to the total amount deposited within the 30 days prior to the claim being submitted.

10 Account Closure

CK44 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions
• Fraud, identity misrepresentation, or system abuse
• Activity suspected to involve money laundering or financial fraud
• Use of bots, automation software, or other fraudulent methods
• Multiple account registrations by the same individual
• Request from the relevant legal authorities

In the event of account closure due to fraud or serious breach of terms, CK44 reserves the right to withhold the entire balance in the account. For closures due to other reasons, any valid balance will be returned to the player once the investigation is complete.

You may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the ck44 customer support team. Self-exclusion requests for responsible gaming purposes will be processed within 24 hours.

11 Changes to Terms

CK44 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to members via their registered email or a notice published on the platform at least 7 days before taking effect.

It is your responsibility to review this Terms and Conditions page periodically. The "Updated" date shown at the top of this document indicates when changes were last made. Continued use of the ck44 platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes full acceptance of the updated terms.

12 Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ck44 is registered and operates. Any dispute arising from or relating to the use of the ck44 platform shall be resolved through an arbitration process mutually agreed upon by both parties.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
